Sizwe is a seasoned professional in architecture, design, and project management. He holds a B.Tech in Architecture and Design, completed the JP Morgan Small Business Boost program through GIBS Business School, and is currently advancing his studies in Project Management at UNISA. His career began in 2006, and by 2008 he was contributing to major housing developments at MKB Group, with project values ranging from R5.5 million to R40 million. In 2009, Sizwe founded IMMA Consulting, a design and project management practice that delivered retail upgrades, tenant coordination, and site management projects. He later broadened his expertise at ITHALA Properties, overseeing maintenance and upgrades across commercial and retail portfolios in KwaZulu-Natal. An entrepreneur at heart, Sizwe also established a furniture design workshop and developed a patented smart water harvesting product that earned awards, scholarships, and international recognition.
